When it didn't turn up I called them and was told that they were trying to get me a taxi but didn't have one available. When I called 5 minutes later the answer was the same - oh and the operator kept calling me bab which really didn't help. So cancelled the taxi and drive to Longbridge meaning my planned night out tonight in Brum is ruined - thank you ! I will never use you again.

Had to walk up the road to meet him I told him we can not walk up there due to 2 year old just got out of hospital having a op and 2nd the fair is normally only 14 or £15 max and charged £28 so now u have lost me and my family’s custom and I spend a lot with u guys each month
