- Precious Bernard Review added: 2018.07.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have desperately been trying to get an appointment since 8am this morning it's now 8.46am and have yet to speak to a member of reception. Nevermind the fact that I've had to redial numerous times due to staff picking up the phone and putting it down straight away. At one point they put the automated recording on to say the surgery was closed despite it obviously being open. In the atleast 5 years I've been registered with this practice i could count probably being able to be get an appointment about 3 times. It's DISGRACEFUL, i spend half my time at the walk in center because i know it's pointless trying to get an appointment and it shouldn't be like this.
- Leesha Leesh Review added: 2018.03.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Reception staff don't answer the phone half the time and when you arrive for your appointment they take their time to acknowledge you. As for the GP's, they're very dismissive and hardly even assess or observe you. It's like they think paracetamol and rest can cure everything. Absolute terrible service! It's been like this for years!
