- Precious Scot Review added: 2018.10.07★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great salon, very friendly this is my second time at ACT and definitely a regular customer now...nothing is too much....ACT is the only Black Hair that specialize in White European hair too. Saw some amazing styles upon my visits to ACT. The only Salon on South Side of Birmingham...all local buses run by. From a wash and blow dry to specialist weaves, dread lock twists, definitely a ONE STOP SHOP.. , whilst there, I went in to go platinum, changed my mind and came out auburn...What are you waiting for give them a ring.
