Checking in: a long queue which moved slowly but the staff at the end were very helpful and polite.
The family room: cleans and tidy. We had requested a cot as travelling with our 9 month old but there was 2 fold out beds, so rather than go to the hassle of changing after our slow check in we made do with the double and 2 fold outs. The room was surprisingly quiet which we were very pleased with.
Food: really well presented and delicious food.
We wouldn't hesitate to use novotel again.
