Service - Shocking!
Management - Abysmal!
We were one of the first people in this bank holiday (1st May) and we ordered mains only, straight away!......FOOD TOOK JUST UNDER 1 HOUR!! Not impressed.
Management was that poor we didn't get offered anything complimentary for the appalling wait. I Insisted we get free dessert and they begrudgingly accepted after trying to reject this notion, but apparently had RAN OUT of EVERY DESSERT except ice cream!!
Had he ice cream then left.
Would never entertain this place again. Better off on ladypool road!
