Today though, I heard one member of the staff speak to a customer in the most appalling way, I & I'm sure other people were squirming from the tone of her voice. All other members of staff, today & previously, have always been polite & friendly. Disappointing that one person has let the team down & unfortunately the bad things seem to be more memorable than the good.

Salad with cheap ham, bit of cheese, cos cos, beetroot salad. Stale bread, freezing hard butter. Drinks, cheap wine, few spirits. Lots of bottled beer, tonics etc. Fruit scones, hard, sponge cake OK. Nuts, crackers. Never again. Never again. Thought I booked the no 1 lounge which is fab. Had to ask for ice.
