I phoned in advance for a taxi and was greeted with a very polite operator i explained that there was 8 of us with luggage and we was not too sure about the exact destination we needed to go but with the patience and suggestions from the current operator we was able to find out where we needed to go. They gave us a very good price and i was really surprised that they kept to their word and beat any like for like quote which i was really impressed with! The driver arrived ontime and the was courteous and respectful which was highly appreciated. If we are ever in Birmingham again we would highly recommend using Broad Street Cars!!
