Think this is a fantastic dance school...With determination if you heart is in it you will succeed.....All the dance teacher are brilliant but its a two way thing. They will help u every step of the way. They are supportive and caring. I would recommend this dance school to anyone.

The purpose inconvenience that was set up by Amanda (the dance teacher) who doesn't like teaching at 16:00 this evening .
She has been vague about arranging this time for my daughter since 2017. Until I said if you can't pre book us some lessons a month in advance we shall look elsewhere as I assumed her vagueness for booking in the past was because she was already booked in for private lessons at that time not because she don't like it as traffic is not good.

She first called me to say she will be late I was there from 15:50 sitting in my car which I told her , she stated "this is why she really don't like 16:00 lessons " because of this reason traffic , I then took a work call.
A few minutes went by and I was still on this work call I then noticed a message come through from Amanda at 16:09 saying she has arrived at Broadway dance studio myself and daughter ran into building.

Amanda burst out the studio whilst teaching another pupil during the half hour lesson that was booked for my daughter, asking me what happened to me , whilst she could still see I'm on a call mind you. I muted the mobile conversation and asked her what she is referring to. Her tone was awful patronising & condescending, in front of a parent & my daughter also. She didn't acknowledge my daughter Either evidently she didn't want to take the 16:00 lesson as it was an Inconvience to her!

She then stormed back into the student she left in the hall, I ended my phone call then she walked back out asking me what my problem is ,
I told her I was outside like I said on our previous phone call I wasn't going to stand at the door as it was freezing, etc. She then stated the girl she is teaching during my daughters space has a lesson booked for 16:30 at this time it's 16:20 . if I didn't cut her short I'm pretty sure she would have stood there debating with me, I front of a parent and my daughter for a while.
In future if you find a time difficult be honest instead of purposely creating a problem to avoid any 16:00 lessons.

You may think you have a lot of students so you don't have to be curteous to the parents & children but your name of your dance school, word of mouth is a powerful thing.

Don't book private lessons with Amanda, Saturday classes with the rest of the team is fine abit repetitive
But okay. Plenty more dance classes in Birmingham. God bless .
