They make sure I'm comfortable, never rushing me, very relaxing environment. Always love it whenever they sent me downstairs for the pedicure session, as it's always followed by an ice coffee. Their ice coffee is the best!

I keep my nails almond-shaped and I asked for infills. I kindly asked the nail technician to make them a little shorter. Unfortunately, the technician cut my nails way too short. I repeatedly said that I was disappointed and this was not what I had asked for. The technician did not rectify the mistake and my nails look far from professionally done. What is also disappointing is that I was charged £31 instead of £25 I was originally told and the salon was not willing to give a receipt.
