  A few months ago I ordered some tools - no problem with them or the delivery
  Since then I have been bombarded with their junk emails; tried unsubscribe 3 times, no effect; sent 5 or 6 emails, no effect; phoned 3 times, last one I was very annoyed, let's hope that has done the trick

  My partner ordered some products on the website and a delivery came a couple days later. We thought all was well. We were wrong.
  
  Upon opening the package we discovered that only one item was shipped, out of the several (identical) that were ordered. Mistakes happen, so we rang up immediately to ask that the others be sent out. There was nothing to indicate the items were out of stock, so I'm assuming this was not the case but if it was there should have been some communication about it.
  
  Fast forward one week. Still no package. So I rang again to check into the status, and was told the delivery will arrive the following day.
  
  So we wait. And wait. And wait some more. And at the end of the week, I rang back, wondering where the package is. This time the sales rep was quite rude. I did manage to get a tracking number for the parcel (why was it not offered when the items were posted?! or at the very least the previous time I rang?), and prayed it would show up soon to spare me another soul destroying phone call.
  
  Halfway into the following week, the items finally arrived. I'm happy I did not have to ring this company AGAIN -- to be put on hold, waste my time and phone credits to get the remaining postage information from Cooksongold IF they could find it -- to chase this up with Royal Mail. One day later this would have been the case.
