Any pages printed by the malfunctioning machines, the guys still charges!
I've noticed he sometimes overcharges me..
EDIT:
since the last time I been, they have improved. Now they've put notices up of the charges and have a printer that works. Excellent.
EDIT (Again) :
Overcharging again. The guy pulls out a calculator to add the total and says a completely different price, higher than the calculator and what it was supposed to be.
