- Sarah Quinn Review added: 2018.09.21★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm not sure what the previous review was talking about, as I have nothing but absolute praise for the new owners & all the staff. All the bad staff left with the new management & good riddance. They have brought in excellent staff & kept the best ones who were there previously. The new owners own a number of Care homes which myself & my sister looked up when they took over & they seem to have a great understanding of what is needed to run an excellent Care Home! The staff are all so incredibly friendly & treat my mother with dignity & respect. Her care is all person centred & they really care about the little things. My mother for example is extremely particular about her appearance & they understand this, as well as giving her the human contact she craves with us being far away. The staff are so kind & gentle & are always hugging the residents. The owners are there every day & able to answer any questions we have. I simply cannot say thank you enough to the family who now run Digby Manor for looking after my mother & allowing myself & my sister to be stress free knowing she's in very capable & loving arms!
