Delivery driver very pleasant and arrived before 10am - so not sure why slot had to be ‘all day’ in the era of the text message (that could have alleviated the sinking feeling of a whole day waiting in, possibly to be disappointed having read the reviews).
My only issue - and seems to be the common thread here - was COMMUNICATION. Admittedly, we’ve all chosen a bargain and know it’s not going to be John Lewis, but I genuinely thought I’d been defrauded with the lack of information and missed delivery date (estimated 24.5.18).
It’s a good idea to import this stuff and sell it cheaply but PLEASE invest in someone to text out for you and handle enquiries.
People whose orders weren’t complete have a right to chase up (and expect) those extra bits, regardless of bargain prices.
Hoping I receive my out-of-stock raincover in 2 weeks (as promised).
