- Sarah Plested Review added: 2018.10.16★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would like to say particularly about Ruth the Manager and Sam who work at the Kingshurst Branch of Greggs. I go into the shop with my small daughter who can present difficult behaviour, and on this one occasion on the 18/10/2017... my daughter requested a sausage sandwich, to cut a long story short. Sam went out of her way not only to do this for my daughter after school, my daughter was distressed and i was a little embarrassed as to an outsider my daughter can appear as ' spoilt which is not the case, but both Sam and Ruth eased my daughter's anguish and i was relieved of a stressing situation. I can't even begin to say how overwhelmed i was, it's VERY rare you come across people like this and these 2 member's of staff showed empathy and are a very big asset to this company and hope they both go up the ladder as they both deserve it.
