- Sma M Review added: 2018.09.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never again would I use this establishments services! The manager Mark is an incredibly rude man!! Instead of helping fix a mistake which another staff member should have fixed as he said he WOULD, Mark hung the phone up on me and refused to take responsibility for the staff members lack of effort. The staff member 'Darren' also couldn't get basic maths and VAT correct. Initially quoting me a lower price via email then a higher price over the phone. When I corrected him he refused to accept the initial quote price. Until he then checked his email and backtracked. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Yes they have a quick print turnaround but the lack of customer service present in this store and lack of mannerisms is absolutely disgusting!! Stay away from this place!
