Now, the problem is there is no real person in charge so each of the nail technician charges their own prices. So if you are used to getting a full set done for £25, next time you come in another person will say £35.
I asked for almond shape and what I got was a triangle with bumps. Majority of their nail polishes on the wall are empty which forces you to use gel but the selection there isn’t great either . No customer service skill and because there is a language barrier, they have a few Caribbean women at the back of the shop who are hairdressers, talk to the customers for them . They are just as bad, if not worse in attitude .
Quality of work is bad, service is bad, attitude is the worst and prices are ridiculously ! Do not go there !
