- Katrina Brown Review added: 2018.12.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Came a few days ago to get my eyebrows threaded. On arrival there were two staff who were tending to other customers, which was fine so I took a seat and waited. When one of the staff was finished she called me over and done my eyebrows. She had poor customer service, when she finished she walked off to answer the phone (which I get its a business and it could've been another customer), I hadn't paid so was left waiting, the other member of staff suggested that I just leave the money on the side which I did. I won't be coming back here again, and I'll ensure that my friends and family don't come here either!!!
A few tips for you.
Greet customers who come in, a simple 'hello' would be nice.
Thank your customers!
And most importantly SMILE, it doesn't hurt!
