Received parking fine through the post even though I paid and displayed ticket clearly in the window. Would not use this car park again and would not recommend. Seems to be a common theme.
I did not overstay or enter my reg incorrectly. I also find it ridiculous that you do not allow appeals via the official ombudsman and also that you do not respond to emails sent to you via email?

    Still awaiting your response Harry?

Why is there no sign stating you have to purchase your ticket within 10 minutes of entering the car park clearly displayed outside the car park so
    it can be identified?

Is it so that you can unfairly make more money this way?

Why don't you use the official ombudsman ?

Is it because you know that your signs are too small/poorly lit and inadequate ?

Is it because you enjoy sending threatening letters ?

Was initially disappointed to see a PCN in the post for parking that I did pay for. However since chasing this up, I Have had this issue resolved from the car park owners quickly after speaking with them explaining the situation. I understand it is a third party company who issue the tickets and not the car park owners. In review of this situation my advise to all car parkers would be to take a picture of your parking tickets or record purposes (sounds ridiculous) but honestly you will be so much better off if you do as his will help if you ever receive a PCN and especially if you're a person who like me threw the ticket away after use (which I never normally do just out of bad luck I did from clearing my car shortly after). It was a Pleasure dealing with the car park owners in resolving the matter.
