They didn't try to pry me for a better deal when I went in dead set on one phone and tariff and they didn't try to take advantage of my wife's indecision about phones. They asked her what she wanted and presented her with her best option I stead of just pure sales pitches. They were even very helpful the next day when I returned a case that turned out not to be to my liking. 5 stars all round.
