My advice is not to complete until these guys solve ALL issues, or probably not to bother at all. Because they show no interest in ensuring even the safety and security of customers. I was left with issues that compromised myself and my family in this regard.
They appear to purposefully string out any actions to avoid completing them and when you finally get any assistance the workmanship is so poor that you end up with another set of issues. My own furniture and belongings were even damaged due to lack of care.
Not to mention the claims mate during the sales process which transpire not to be true. But don't worry, you'll sign some paperwork which essentially states that anything they verbally state isn't worth anything and can't be relied upon.
Best avoided.
