I went along with an open mind and was surprised to find that almost straight away I felt so much more relaxed regarding food and drink even when initially there was a small weight gain. I went away on a family holiday and didn't think too much about food apart for settling into a pattern of eating three meals each day with out the urge to nibble in between. I wasn't tempted once. I ate what everyone else ate (even fish and chips) but smaller portions. How thrilled was I on my return to find that I had lost 11lbs in those two weeks, and even more pleased that I have been back 'home alone' for a whole week and havnt once been tempted to revert to my old habit of 'boredom' eating in the evenings. I am so relaxed and no longer worry about counting calories or points any more. Brilliant! I am so glad I tried this with the help of Positive Focus Hypnosis.
