- Mantha Zarmakoupi Review added: 2018.11.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The agent provided poor service throughout and before leaving the apartment wanted to charge an outrageous fee for a 'professional' cleaning claiming that it is the landlord who requires this. The apartment however was handed over in a rather poor condition - not cleaned by a professional crew and with a number of items breaking down throughout tenancy (boiler, kitchen ventilator, heater), which were left unfixed for days and in one case 2 weeks (electrical heater for the main living room). Do not trust them. They act as being understanding when communicating and try to trick you in the end.
