Paid up front, waited a week for an appointment, then engineer arrived, spent less than two minutes looking at the appliance, then declared he would not look at it because it had a previous repair! Engineer was rude and upset my wife. Lucky I was in work. Stay away from this company. Wish I had read Google reviews before booking. One star is too generous.
