- Amir Jawaid Review added: 2018.03.10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This Garage was reccomended by my warranty company who say they only reccomend as there hourly labour is along there guidelines. the customer service was good but the level of expertise is very very poor with two senior mechanics and the rest being apprentices this garage is definetly not where you want to send your car unless you want it to be treated like a test to an incompetent mechanic.
1 month and counting and my running vehicle being a runner is now a non runner under this garages supervision, now it is in bits, totally dissapointed will follow up

My mercedes was collected from D M ROBERTS by a mercedes specialist who will fit a used engine for me costing £2000 pounds, DM ROBERTS answer to my running engine turning into a non runner under there supervision was its business and it happens....i finally sum this garage up with very little experience to specialized vehicles and very incompetent to carry out work e.g i had to purchase a diesel compression tool in order for them to carry out an engine compression test when they claim to be engine specialists. Overall i have just paid £600+ for diagnostics that they dont have a clue of what the problem is and are stabbing in the dark with answers taken from various other garages and an independent engineer. I would never take another car back there and i would really advise anyone else out there not to do so either ...
