- mooba moo Review added: 2018.06.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst post office ever, please avoid. Extremely poor customer service. A business customer in front of me was literally being shouted at by 3 staff members. I then got served by an Asian lady who was already angry, her facial expression / tone of voice was just unbelievable. I wanted to send 3x passport applications for my kids. She insisted for my passport to be sent with application forms. Our applications forms where prepared by solicitor and parent passport is not needed. Even common sense didn't work, 3 separate kids passport applications - 1 parent passport. After having queued for 20 minutes, I decided to leave and use a post office in Stratford rd. where all documents were taken WITHOUT my passport and 2 weeks later got my kids passport.

you know that sense that when you buy something that is probably good but you feel ripped off cause they are so rude. that is exactly what happens in this place . no wonder is rated so low.
