On visiting the store in Erdington I found the sales team extremely helpful in advising me on what was best to buy. They factored the measurements, the costs and the durability of what I was selecting. Mark the manager offered options and gave me hints and tips to be considered. I never knew certain tiles needed 'sealing' - something else I had to factor into my choices ! Phil advise me on grout choices and I left very satisfied with the selections I had made. i need to return to the store to do my other bathrooms and the guys have pre-welcomed me back already. Overall an excellent experience I will definitely recommend to others.
