- Lisa ****** Review added: 2018.11.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The receptionist with dark hair ( think she is called Jane) doesn't use customers names- she calls the people who are doing the treatment and says very loudly- your derma lady is here, or your varicous vein lady is here. I was very embarrassed by this.
I've had my lips done at Harley medical before, when I got them done at transform they inject in the middle, of the lip, not around the outside. My lips bled for days and I looked duck lipped. Harley are more natural looking.
I had derma course of treatments done here and I believe my pictures may have been edited as the scar on my picture was nearly gone- but it was still there on my Face!
They talk about locality points on every visit however no one seems to know how to apply these to your account or a what you are earning.
I complained about the above and they were not interested in resolving this or getting better. In fact today when I called about my loyalty points the lady was rude and patronisingly saying I had 150 points but could only use it on a £150 treatment and couldn't put it towards anything dearer. What gets me is none of their treatments are £150. Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs.
