- PHILL RUMA LOOKER Review added: 2018.02.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Please stay clear there quality is not good, had a poor carpet fitted that was not cheap to be fitted short & double cut had to re call fitters out both agreed was a terrible fit but manager will not do nothing about it his attitude was terrible I am currently going through complaints at head office! Please get better quality carpet elsewhere stay clear
