I asked for a call to discuss my requirements and options and to get a quote, but instead was just dragged into a long train of time consuming emails, eventually referring me back to their website, which didn't have the information I was after. I still haven't managed to get a quote from Visican so I have no idea how much what I want would cost with them but with that kind of customer service, or lack of it - it couldn't be cheap enough.
